Mr. Abebe overseas the company’s daily operations. Prior to Lombard Exteriors, Mr. Abebe served as a Policy Analyst for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, where he wrote several white papers on Strategic Supply Chain Management, served in their coveted leadership development program and drafted disaster procurement policy directly for the Office of the Chief Procurement Officer and subsequently promoted to Office of the Administrator. Mr. Abebe now manages an annual portfolio of over 300 projects in 32 states for three of the top storage facility companies in the United States, with revenues surpassing $3MM in 2019.

Mr. Montes is experienced in business development and strategic pipeline generation in the Self-Storage Construction Market. Director of Operations at Lombard Exteriors, overseeing lean and integrated project delivery in all construction phases. Alain increased Lombard’s industry profile through cost efficiency research, tactical organization and networking endeavors resulting in partnerships with 3 of the top 10 U.S. Self Storage Companies. Alain graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a Bachelor in Psychology and completed graduate work in Administration and Management at Harvard University.
